REGIONAL SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – DEVELOPING REGIONS

We are currently looking for an established but challenge driven Regional Sales Manager responsible for a variety of distributed geographic areas to join our Sales team in Xtract, Helsinki HQ.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Regional Sales/Business Development Manager
Organisation: Sales
Location: Helsinki, Finland (No relocation)
Reporting to: VP, Xtract Global Sales
Hire to be made: Immediately
Posting valid until: 30.6.2008
Travel required: Intensive - Global

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and channel development in regions without Xtracts’ physical presence but existing and emerging business opportunities
- Execute company operational sales plan in selected regions
- Contribute to company’s annual operational and strategic planning
- Hand-over the regional responsibilities upon completing the business targets
- Manage channel and other partnerships in the regions assigned
- Sales and account development reporting

REGIONS TO START WITH (NOT IN ORDER OF PRIORITY)
- UK
- US
- EMEA – selected regions/opportunities
- APAC – selected regions/opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-12 years of software solution/product sales experience in an international environment
- Result and target driven
- A minimum of a BA degree appreciated
- Masters degree a bonus
- Opportunity generation, qualification & quantification and communication efficiency
- Opportunity closing and plan execution
- A solid track record of sales performance and growth generation in a relevant position
- Fluency in English
- Excellent presentational skills for C- and VP level audience

ADDITIONAL DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
- Chinese, English (mother tongue), Spanish, Russian, French language(s) a bonus
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
- Active and a self-starter
- Previous experience with a fast growing international technology company preferred
- Experience in mobile operator, telco or social media sales a strength or working for mobile operator, telco, social media in an P&L position a benefit
- Experience in analytics and intelligence related products (such as CRM, BI, other) sales
- Hands-on approach

ACCOUNT MANAGER

ACCOUNT MANAGER – WESTERN EUROPE

We are currently looking to strengthen our Sales team by searching for an experienced but challenge driven Regional Sales Manager responsible for selected accounts in Western Europe, located in our Zurich sales office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Account Manager
Organisation: Sales
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (No relocation – local candidates only)
Reporting to: VP, Xtract Global Sales
Hire to be made: Immediately

Travel required: Intensive – Western Europe

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and create a solid sales pipeline in the target segment within the assigned region
- Support and continue on qualified and targeted accounts in the region
- Drive and close sales to Mobile Operators and Telcos in the region
- Execute company operational sales plan for the selected region
- Account management
- Sales and account development reporting

REGION
- Western Europe (German – Italy)

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years of software solution/product sales experience in an international environment
- Result and target driven
- A minimum of a BA degree appreciated
- Masters degree a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Regional Sales, Retainer, and Channel Partner network
- Coordinate, distribute internally to account managers and follow-up on sales leads
- Maintaining, updating and following the sales pipelines
- Facilitating and supporting various ad hoc as well as recurring sales meeting, organization and execution activities
- Support Regional Sales, Retainer, and Channel Partner network
- Contribute to sales activities such as road shows, campaign execution and lead generation
- Marketing and promotional activities related to sales
