The entry by Xtract for its client BLYK showed not only a real understanding of what the client was trying to achieve but also a level of skill and excellence in solution delivery that the judges felt was a winning formulae in the Business Intelligence category, commented John Chapman, awards organiser and Editorial Director of IT Europa.
