Support and Maintenance
Two support levels are available:
Basic
Basic support and maintenance service minimises solution downtime in the event of unforeseeable issues. It includes:
• Proactive maintenance as software upgrades (minor level)
• Reactive problem resolution
Premium
In addition to the services in the Basic package, Xtract’s Premium Support gives you proactive maintenance of the installed system running the Xtract solution.
Maintenance is carried out remotely over VPN and can include anything from database maintenance to system monitoring and clean-up.
Training
Xtract’s training ensures that your analysts and marketers – as well as your operational IT personnel – fully understand the system’s capabilities and have the expertise to get the most out of your Social Intelligence solution. We help you optimise your training investment by linking your program with your company’s specific business needs.
Custom Analytics Projects
